Shipping Policy
Wineglass.com presents your shipping costs during the checkout process
after you have entered the shipping destination. As part of the checkout
process, we will provide you with UPS shipping rates as quoted by
the UPS Web site. The rates will change depending upon the level of
service you have requested as well as the weight of your order.
Shipping Times
Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders
are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through
Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays). If we encounter any
problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within
two business days.
Tracking Your Packages
You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation
e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number
can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers'
online stores:

Note: Shipments to PO Boxes will be made via USPS.
International Orders
Wineglass.com is happy to serve wine lovers all over the world. All
international orders are shipped via USPS.

Sorry, no returns on videotapes, food, personalized items, CD's, plants
or software. Shipping is refunded only if the wrong items were shipped,
or merchandise was received damaged. For all Custom Racking, Cooling
Units and Wine Cellars, pre-payment is required and a 20% restocking
charge will be imposed for any cancellations after 10 days.
Catalog Ordering
Most of the items that appear in our print catalog are available for
order online. Many products that don't appear in our print catalog
are also available online. You can enter an item number from our catalog
in the search box to the right to see if the item is available for
purchase online.
